Here is my email reply to her that I wanted to share as it might help you xxxxx
Hey there.
As a fellow working mother I totally understand and get that you feel too busy but as your coach I can't stand by and let the "I'm busy" way of thinking and life ruin your chances of being the slim and healthy woman you dream and long to be.
As working mums we are all busy. That is true without a doubt.
The question is "are you too busy?" Is your schedule out of balance and overloaded with way too many tasks that makes everyday a struggle? Are you rushing from one job, client or kids training or practice to the next? Do you feel like you are the hamster on the wheel with no time to stop and catch a breathe?
If so you have a choice to make.
Do you really want to be healthy and slim?
Or do you want to continue being too busy?
It is not possible to have both.
Too busy will never make you healthy and slim. You can find oodles of empirical data that confirm the two stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol will stop you from being the healthy slim woman you want to be. I highly recommend taking a look at Dr Libby's website and books including Rushing Woman's Syndrome for more information about this.
Being healthy and slim starts with making a decision that this is what you really want.
If you want to be healthy and slim more than too busy
-make a commitment every single morning and again at midday to your goal
-prioritize time to be healthy and slim
-do EVERYTHING you can to be successful and reach your goal. If this means reducing your hours at work, taking on less clients or your children doing one after school activities instead of four then do it. If it means preparing your lunch before the kids and then putting your keys in your lunch box bag so you don't forget it then do it
-eliminate any other option, sitting on the sofa instead of preparing food is no longer an option as is making sure you have everything you need with you to be healthy and slim at all times
-say thank you to yourself. Everyday you put your health first say "I did that for you" and be truly and deeply grateful for all that you are doing for you.
You can be healthy and slim, I promise - start now!
Much love, Tina xxxxx
