Before you plan your next meal, make a purchase at your local cafe or take a bite of something you have grabbed out of the pantry ask yourself the following question
"Will eating this food help me to lose weight?"
Will it? Deep down you know the answer.
If the answer is yes then fabulous! Take the time to sit down, take a few gentle breathes and eat until you are light and satisfied (not stuffed full, belching and uncomfortable!)
If this food will not help you lose weight, you have a decision to make. Will you eat the food or not? Make a decision and then afterwards ask yourself "Did I like my decision?" If you didn't like your decision ask yourself "why not?"
